Job Description

The Shuttle Driver drives passengers to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need this could be around or near an airport, commercial building, hospital, sports arena, entertainment venue, educational facility or warehouse.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Complete a Vehicle Inspection of the assigned company vehicle before the start of each shift Report any damage to the vehicle or property immediately to a manager.
  • Respond to all customer service assistance calls, including jump-starts, vehicle location assistance, and providing air, water, or gasoline.
    • For all assistance calls except vehicle location, a Release of Liability Waiver must be completed and signed by the customer before assistance begins
    • Follow all safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Represent company standards when interacting with customers, employees, management, and the general public.
    • Engaging in inappropriate conversations or behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Monitor and maintain ticket levels in ATDs, checking at least once per shift.
  • Maintain a clean driving record at all times.
  • Manage the opening and closing of parking areas based on space availability.
  • Assist Plaza Supervisors with cashiering duties and provide break coverage as needed.
  • Oversee Traffic Directors, including assigning daily workstations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the computer dispatcher and technicians regarding the status of entrance lane openings and closings.
  • Load tickets at entry lanes and replenish receipts at automated exit lanes
  • Distribute supplies to all locations as needed.
  • Collect, store, and maintain audited materials
  • Ensure the efficient flow of traffic within the parking facility.
  • Direct customers to available parking locations.
  • Provide basic directions and information to patrons.
  • Maintain close communication with the Operations Manager, keeping them informed of activities within the facility.
  • Conduct hourly patrols of all facilities and verify that signage is accurate and visible.
  • Direct traffic as necessary.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Must be 21 years of age or older

• 1 Year of experience required

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
