The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced HR Driver to join our growing team in Albany, WA.

You'll be operating waste collection vehicles — primarily rear-lift — playing a vital role in keeping our community clean.

Whether you're already experienced or eager to develop your skills in side-arm or rear-lift collection vehicles, we'd love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 6:30am starts | Public Holiday work available (paid overtime)

$34.08 – $37.60 per hour, depending on experience.

What you'll be responsible for

• Collecting general waste, recycling and organic waste on a secure, long-term contract

• Transporting waste streams safely to designated disposal locations

• Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Operating a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment as required

What you'll need to be successful

• Current HR Licence (essential)

• Previous HR vehicle driving experience (preferred)

• Good geographical knowledge of the Albany region

• A strong commitment to safety in everything you do

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
