Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting a Truck Driver to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Edgewood.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Box Truck Driver to manage material transfers between buildings. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all transfers are completed with the established timeframe of 1.50-2.0 hours to comply with required SLAs. Maintains a high level of efficiency and ensures the work environment adheres to safety procedures. Reports to Supervisor/Manager Materials Management

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure flow of material between facilities is steady meeting all SLAs.
  • Complete pre-trip inspections
  • Ensure all vehicles are in an appropriate operating order.
  • Move equipment between other BR warehouses as necessary.
  • Scan material being off-loaded in each facility.
  • Ensure all yard horses are in proper working order and are fueled.
  • Maintain the vehicle maintenance schedule
  • Must be able to work alone with no supervision
  • Jack and forklift experience to move equipment in and out of trailers
  • Must be able to train new drivers that come in for peak season
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
  • Maintain regular communication with all facilities to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to emails related to pick-up and production requests, providing time follow-ups as necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in a fulfillment operation, or similar experience in a related environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plus
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies
  • Valid certified Forklift or Power Jack License
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Sitting long periods of time
  • Flexibility in work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidays

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 Hourly USD
