CarShopis seeking a responsible, self-motivated, hardworking driver to join our dynamic team. This individual will safely drive our automobiles to various locations, move vehicles on CarShop lots and perform other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
-Drive vehicles to and from destinations as assigned.
-Able to manage time and follow routes for a streamlined delivery experience.
-Operate all vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with state and local laws.
-Flexible with scheduling to accommodate last minute requests.
-Comfortable driving long distances on the highway or in poor weather conditions.
-Able to drive and park in the city.
-Comfortable driving various makes and models of vehicles, including manual transmissions.
-Must be customer service oriented, caring, and have a high level of integrity and a passion for success.
-The individual needs to carry out department work in alignment with the company culture and
values and emphasize teamwork within and between departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Physical Requirements:
-While performing job duties, associate must have the ability to walk various distances.
-Able to sit in a vehicle for various periods of time.
-Able to lift, push, pull and carry materials, equipment and supplies of various weights.
-Possess specific vision abilities; close vision, distance, and capable of adjusting focus.
-During inclement weather, must be able to shovel, push snow with a snow broom and operate a snow blower.
Qualifications:
-Valid Driver's License
-Accident free in the last 3 years
-Must pass a background check and drug screen
-No history of traffic violations in last 3 years
-Part-time position under 1,000 hours per year
-Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
