Summary
The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and confidential transportation of Bank documents, materials, and other authorized items between Leader Bank branches and offices. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle and strict adherence to Bank security, confidentiality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport documents, records, supplies, and other materials between branches, offices, and approved destinations.
- Ensure all transported items are handled securely and in compliance with Bank policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Follow established routes, schedules, and delivery instructions while meeting service timeframes.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with branch staff and operations teams regarding pickups, deliveries, and any delays.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and Bank safety procedures.
- Immediately report incidents, accidents, delays, or security concerns to management.
- Represent the Bank professionally when interacting with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Assist with projects within the offices and branches including general maintenance/handyperson work with the ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for business use.
- Must provide and maintain their own vehicle for work-related travel.
- Ability to pass a background check, driving record review, and any additional screenings required by banking regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Good verbal communication and client service skills.
- Proof of valid vehicle registration and insurance meeting bank minimum coverage requirements is required.
- Employee is responsible for vehicle maintenance, fuel, and general operating costs unless otherwise specified.
- Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with bank policy and applicable regulations.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
Salary Minimum: $35,942.00 - Salary Max: $53,912.00
The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
