Job Description

Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of traffic rules and regulations and general administration work policy, in order to understand tasks needed to be carried out, as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with the company’s overall direction, standards, and governance.

Function-related accountabilities
• Check fuels of vehicles and overall readiness to ensure vehicles are in the ready-to-use condition, to prevent the cause of running out of fuel, and to ensure safety and comfort of passengers during the transportation.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles constantly, including engine parts and cabin parts to ensure car engines work properly, car cabins are clean, and vehicles are in ready-to-use condition for all passengers.
• Pick up and carry passengers to the specified destination to ensure passengers arrive at the destination safely in a timely manner.
• Utilize navigation tools or plan the most efficient and expedient ride route to ensure avoid areas of heavy traffic, road constructions, and weather delays, and to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Check validity and availability of driving licenses in order to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Interact with passengers professionally to ensure passengers' satisfaction.
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date, as well as schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues to senior members to ensure vehicles are well prepared for the rides.
