  • Transport co-workers safely and punctually according to the approved routes and schedules.
  • Ensure the assigned bus is maintained in a safe, clean, and roadworthy condition through regular inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Strictly follow and adhere to the duty schedule (routes and bus timings)
  • Follow all IKEA safety standards, traffic regulations, and road safety procedures.
  • Represent IKEA professionally by providing a friendly and respectful experience for co-workers.
  • Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents immediately to the direct manager.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle checklists.
  • Support the business by carrying out additional tasks assigned by the direct manager or P&C Manager when required.


Qualification

  • Primary School or High School Certificate.
  • Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver.
  • Good knowledge of local roads and locations.
  • Regular check ups and maintenance
  • Good understanding of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English and Arabic.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work flexible schedules if required.
