Job Description

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.  

During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.   

In Colombia, DTF opportunities are open to  undergraduate students and  recent graduates with no prior work experience. Participants are hired for an initial  6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to  24 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires  full-time, in-person availability in Bogotá only

For this opportunity, the Trade Sales team is looking for a new intern; Trade Sales team is responsible for the origination of opportunities related to Trade Finance & Working Capital, including engagement with clients, preparation and delivery of pitches, and partnering with Treasury Services and Global Corporate Banking peers as part of the wider relationship coverage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in preparation of client facing materials including pitch decks as well as internal materials such as revenue reports

  • Support in creating analysis in Excel related to financial ratios and working capital benchmarks.

  • Conduct research on prospects and industries to support detection of new origination opportunities.

  • Track sales activities (calls, meetings, and overall client interactions) and create internal reports related to these activities.

  • Market Intelligence – Keep sales team informed of relevant news and market trends or developments that can results in new leads

  • General support to the Sales team in day to day activities to pursue the origination of active opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field

  • Full-time commitment

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). 

  • Working knowledge of the  Microsoft Office package (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in leveraging  AI tools to enhance productivity.
