What You'll Do
Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with enterprise clients
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions using a highly respected product suite
Strategically expand existing accounts while hunting for net-new opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and product teams to ensure long-term client success
Represent the brand at industry events and virtual conferences as needed
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in workforce management, security tech, or a related vertical
A proven track record of exceeding quota in high-growth environments
Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
Strong communicator with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first culture
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $135,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000+ with uncapped commission
