Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled Drilling Engineer for our client in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry, and this is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a drilling engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing drilling programs, optimizing drilling operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve drilling performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement drilling programs and procedures.
• Optimize drilling processes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with geologists, geoscientists, and reservoir engineers to develop well plans and drilling strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Monitor drilling costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Supervise drilling operations and provide technical support to drilling crews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a drilling engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, systems, and technologies.
• Familiarity with drilling software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as required.
