Role Synopsis
We are seeking a highly motivated Drilling and Completions Engineer Intern.
The D&C Intern will work with engineering staff and business unit teams. This role will shadow and develop under include well/project diagnostic plans, post well fracture and production analysis, real-time fracture design support, industry benchmarking analysis, cost forecast analytics, and long-term completion design planning.
We are open to petroleum, mechanical, and chemical engineering majors.
Key Accountabilities and Intern Project Scope
Knowledge Sharing: Work collaboratively with teams across all Business Units to review post well analysis, ensure alignment, and share lessons learned both from a technical and operational standpoint.
Communication and Reporting: Work in conjunction with the data team to ensure clear communication with stakeholders and report on completion continuous improvement efforts and outcomes.
Industry Benchmarking: Analyze competitor performance and industry trends to advise strategic decisions.
Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to operations to foster relationships with field personnel and drive new technology implementation.
Experience with Snowflake, Claude, or Palantir
Experience with PowerBI/Spotfire or other data visualization/analytical tools;
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex datasets;
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams;

Minimum Requirements
• A cumulative and major GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Pursuing a degree from a recognized institute of higher learning
• Graduating with a bachelor's degree from December 2027 through May 2029

Travel Requirement:
Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
