Job Location: Raleigh, NCDrill Rig Operator
We are seeking experienced Drill Rig Operators to join our team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves operating truck and track-mounted drill rigs (including CZM, Spiradrill, and Altec models) on various construction and geotechnical projects across the Southeastern Region of NC , SC, Georgia, and Virginia. Location: Raleigh, NC (travel required throughout the Southeastern region)
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain truck and track-mounted drill rigs on assigned projects
- Travel to job sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and project-specific codes
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs for vehicles and equipment
- Attend and participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities as needed

Qualifications
- Prior experience operating drill rigs (CZM, Spiradrill, Altec preferred)
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and mechanical systems
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
