La/Le DRH Manufacture définit, pilote et déploie la stratégie Ressources Humaines de la manufacture en cohérence avec la vision, la culture et les objectifs économiques et industriels de l’entreprise ainsi que de la Marque.
Elle/Il garantit un climat social sain, une organisation performante et un engagement durable des collaborateurs, tout en contribuant activement à l’image interne et externe de la manufacture. Elle/il est un acteur clé de la Direction RH de la Division, en apportant l’expertise et en déployant les différentes politiques de la marque.
