The Dredge Operator is responsible for safely operating a 16” electric dredge. This dredge is used for retrieval of raw material for production of sand and gravel aggregates. This position also includes the operation of small watercraft, performance of preventative and restorative maintenance on the dredge and the plumbing systems that deliver material to processing plants. Other duties may be assigned to include maintenance in operating plants and operation of other equipment as necessary.
