上车身DRE/Body Design Release Engineer上海社招全职工程技术本科及以上7-10 年职位描述1. DRE-owner for each parts or sub-systems at the whole life cycle
2. Responsible for styling check, problem solve to achieve styling intent
3. Responsible for Eng. development of system and components
4. Responsible for SSTS/CTS specification definition
5. Responsible for TR & SOR process (statement of requirement)
6. Responsible for DVP,/YCYS/ DFMEA/ESO process
7. Support analyze and solve launch/validation issues.
8. Deliver program items matched milestones qualified, within cost target.
9. Lead cross function team, (Pur/PQM/Logistic/ME/ plant quality…) to resolve complex issues.
10. Drive VAVE, design & quality continues improvement with responsible components.职位要求• 教育程度 Education: Bachelor or above. Major: Automotive engineering or Mechanical Engineering or any other comparable final degree.
• 工作经验 Work Experience: Over 8 years’ experience in BIW structure design / UPR BODY is better. BIW structure design, experience in composite material (AL / Steel/ CFRP) are better; Management experience is better.
• 语言能力：英文（书面及口语）Language skill: English (Written & Oral): Fluent
• 计算机能力 Computer Skills: CATIA V6
• 其他要求 Other Requirement:
Experience in stamping/welding/painting/assembly issues solving.
Experience in hot forming/casting HPDC/LPDC/tube /Extrusion process is preferred.
Proficiency in English, working and report;
Skilled in CATIA V6 3D & 2D modeling and MS office software.
