职位描述
一、低压电池产品开发计划管控 1. 负责 12V/48V 锂电池零部件项目开发计划的制定与执行； 2. 负责关键节点的技术评审与进度管控； 二、技术路线规划与预研 1. 参与新技术预研； 2. 承担 Benchmark 工作，对标行业主流车型低压电池方案； 三、技术可行性分析与数据发布 1. 负责技术可行性分析，编制、发布、维护零部件产品技术文档； 2. 负责零部件数据设计、开发，发布工程数据（数模、图纸、BOM）； 3. 负责设计变更的评估与管理； 四、供应商定点与管理 1. 负责 SOR 编写与发布； 2. 负责供应商技术方案评审，支持供应商定点； 3. 跟踪、协助推进供应商开发进度。 五、试验验证与问题解决 1. 负责 DVP 试验验证流程编写； 2. 负责台架试验、装车过程中技术问题的识别与解决； 3. 负责产品售后质量问题的调查分析及解决方案输出。 六、 BMS 硬件与功能安全相关工作（可选方向） 1. 负责12V/48V低压BMS产品的硬件方案开发、原理图设计及PCB Layout，BOM制作等； 2. 负责BMS硬件电路的调试、优化及问题分析定位； 3. 参与元器件选型、评估及供应商技术对接； 4. 负责BMS相关功能和性能的测试，输出测试报告； 5. 参与 BMS 功能安全（ISO 26262）和网络安全需求定义。
