职位描述
负责多模态数据采集设备全生命周期工程开发，从需求定义、核心器件选型测评、方案论证，到供应商技术管控、试产导入与量产交付；作为硬件器件与整机工程的技术负责人，保障数采设备在机器人 / 具身智能场景下数据质量、同步精度、可靠性与可制造性，支撑感知、手眼、触觉等多源数据采集任务落地。 1. 需求定义与方案输出 拆解算法 / 产品侧数采需求，转化为硬件系统技术规范 SOR，定义整机、相机、IMU、主控板的性能指标、时间同步、功耗、尺寸、环境可靠性、成本目标；输出系统方案、接口规范、验收标准，组织方案评审，识别技术风险并制定应对措施。 2. 摄像头选型与测评 调研 RGB / 全局快门 / 深度相机等器件，对比分辨率、帧率、曝光、噪声、畸变、同步触发、温漂等关键参数；搭建测评平台，完成性能、一致性、环境可靠性测试，输出选型报告、测试报告，确定定点型号。 3. IMU 选型与测评 调研 MEMS IMU 器件，评估零偏、噪声、角随机游走、温漂、振动性能、同步特性；设计标定与验证方案，完成静态 / 动态 / 高低温 / 振动测评，评估与相机时间同步精度，输出选型评估报告。 4. 主控板选型与系统集成 根据算力、接口、实时性、功耗、IO、PPS 硬触发等要求完成主控板 / 载板选型；负责主控与相机、IMU 之间硬件接口、供电、时序、时间同步方案设计；组织硬件联调，解决数据丢包、时间戳对齐、稳定性等系统问题。 5. 供应商技术管理 作为核心器件供应商技术接口，主导技术交流、方案评审、样件交付、问题闭环；组织供应商技术评估、审厂；管理器件开发节点、技术协议、变更管控，推动供应商解决开发、试产阶段技术问题，管控 BOM 与器件替代风险。 6. 试产与量产交付 主导 EVT/DVT/PVT 阶段工程验证、可靠性测试、DFM 可制造性评审；跟进样机、小批量试产，识别装配、测试、良率问题，推动根因分析与整改；完成工程签核、产线测试规范输出，保障项目顺利量产交付，持续跟进量产阶段技术质量问题。 7. 技术文档与沉淀 维护 SOR、器件规格、测试报告、BOM、变更记录等全套工程文档；沉淀选型库、测试方法、失效案例，支撑后续数采设备快速迭代。
