Bring retail spaces to life in a role where design meets impact. You’ll take the lead in shaping store layouts across multiple brands—turning concepts into precise, high-quality CAD designs while collaborating with key stakeholders from concept to sign-off. Purpose of the role
:
To design & draft all store layouts for the companies three retail brands and to assist the Marketing Department with any layouts and display details required.


Requirements


Role and Responsibilities
:
• Liaise with landlords, external projects teams and internal operations teams to acquire the necessary store base plans and dimensions timeously, in order to commence store designs
• Confirm fixtures type & count, including wall bands on store layout templates
• Facilitate sign-off of final store designs by all relevant parties for handover to internal projects team
• Complete store design drawing to sufficient detail to hand over to architects for council submissions
• Filing and updating latest store floor plans on shared folder
• Compile Weekly and Monthly reports on status of store design sign-off

Qualification and Experience
:
• Grade 12 (essential)
• Previous experience in store design in the property or retail environment (advantageous)
• Good verbal and written communication skills (essential)
• High level of attention to detail (essential)
• Efficient on CAD (essential) and Excel (advantageous)
