Benjamin Franklin Plumbing – Experienced Drain Plumbing Specialist


Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for a high-performing, experienced Drain Plumbing Specialist who’s confident in their skills and motivated by commission-based earnings. The Drain Plumbing Specialist is responsible for managing drain-related service operations, overseeing repair and replacement projects, and supporting sales and technical development within the Drain Division.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the office to ensure all drain cleaning service calls are scheduled and prioritized appropriately.
• Respond to qualified drain service opportunities and manage sales leads generated by Drain Technicians.
• Perform overflow drain cleaning services as needed to support operational demand.
• Oversee all drain repair and replacement projects from initial evaluation through completion, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate installation crews responsible for completing approved repair and replacement work.
• Provide ongoing sales and technical training to Drain Technicians to improve performance, consistency, and revenue generation.
• Maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in residential drain cleaning (required)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting options and closing work
• Ability to run service calls independently
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master License)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must pass a Background Check & Drug Screen

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
