Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking a highly skilled Draftspersons to join our growing drafting team at Clarendon Homes in QLD.

This role offers the chance to lead and mentor within our drafting division, working on a wide range of residential projects and ensuring our designs continue to set the standard in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce architectural drawings with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our sales team to understand and meet client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
• Utilise your proficiency in AutoCAD to create accurate and professional drawings.
• Provide support to the drafting team and contribute to the overall success of the division.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Australian drafting experience in the residential industry.
• Certificate IV in Architectural Drafting as a minimum OR Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting
• High proficiency in Revit is essential (AutoCAD is a benefit)
• Strong knowledge of Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
