Job Description

ALL JOBS LISTED ARE BASED IN SINGAPORE ONLY.FOR SINGAPOREAN ONLY.
Responsibilities

Work closely with BIM Coordinator Design Engineers develop Archi component 3D BIM Model for coordination using Revit
Ensure construction documents, parameters information accuracy for BIM Model, including compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan BIM Project workflow criteria
Prepare shop drawings for approval
Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes
Monitor update model as per site condition changes
Able import integrate other 3D models various softwares (e.g. Sketchup, Rhino etc.)
Folllow BIM standards, Deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project
Create and develop Parametric Family as per parameter depending on specialities of materials
Able adapt with other BIM Moedelling tools required in projects
In-charged of Clash Detection for AS reports
Perform drafting, design calculations
Maintain update drawings as needed make corrections drawings as directed by supervisors
Highly dedicated responsible with the ability speed meet tight deadlines
Possess positive attitude, willingness learn, improve adapt
Highly motivated, proactive, hands-on approach and attitude
Able multi-task, independently, is proactive

Requirement

Candidate possess least /Advanced/Higher/ , Bachelor's /Post /Professional Engineering (Civil) Architecture
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Proficient BIM Softwares/tools, Revit Archi, Planbar, Tekla, MS Office
