Location: Messaimer, Qatar
Duration: 3 Months (Contract Staffing)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
Reports To: Project Engineer / Handover Coordinator
Job Purpose:
To support the project handover process by preparing, updating, and organizing civil drawings and related documentation required for the successful closure of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, revise, and finalize civil drawings (architectural, structural, etc.) as per project needs.
Update as-built drawings accurately for project handover.
Maintain and organize drawing records and documentation.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure all civil documentation is complete.
Assist in compiling final handover packages as per client requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction projects.
Proficiency in civil drafting and technical documentation.
Skilled in AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
Ability to prioritize work and deliver within deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.
