We are seeking a skilled Draftsman Architect Fit-out to support ongoing construction and interior works for the Wadi Al-Sail Development Project in Lusail. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and detailed fit-out layouts in accordance with project specifications and design standards.
Prepare detailed architectural and fit-out drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and interior designers to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
Modify and update existing drawings as per site conditions and client feedback.
Review design plans and specifications to ensure consistency with project requirements.
Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs.
Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.
Collaborate with the site team to resolve any drawing-related discrepancies.
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman in fit-out or interior construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
