About the role:

Bring your coordination, administration and commercial skills to a role that supports responsible land access across our Integrated Gas (Coal Seam Gas) operations. • Manage contract governance, documentation, approvals and execution processes to ensure compliance with Origin standards and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain agreement templates, records and administrative processes that support efficient delivery across Land Access teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on land access and execution processes and compliance obligations.
  • Assist with interpreting contracts, legislation, policies and procedures to identify appropriate land access pathways and outcomes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden and improve business processes.

What will you bring?

  • Experience coordinating contracts, agreements, governance processes or administration activities within a complex business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing stakeholder requirements.
  • Confidence working with detailed documentation, contracts, policies and procedural requirements.
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support and guide diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in simplifying and enhancing processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous, ideally in law, business, property or a related discipline, together with exposure to land access, property, rural industries, resources or the CSG sector.
  • Experience in contract or agreement drafting would be highly regarded.

So, why join us?

  • Discounted Origin products benefits for employees, including Electrical, Gas and Internet offers!
  • 21 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers with flexible return options.
  • Competitive salary + annual performance bonus + performance based reviews
  • Origin 360 Electric Vehicles (EV) employee subscription offers a fantastic range of EVs, with flexible month-to-month plans and no lock-in contract.
  • Free and confidential counselling for employees and family members.
  • A great high energy team, that encourages interesting, rewarding, and engaging work!
