Location: Paris, Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $17 - $24 an hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have two or more years of practical experience in architectural drafting. Must be competent in Revit and AutoCAD with basic knowledge of construction techniques.

Provides Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and basic design support for the following:

• Architectural Site Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Building Sections, Detailing, Construction, etc.
• 3D models, renderings, schematic drawings.

Assists with Architectural design as required. Must be dedicated to quality work and operating as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides intermediate drafting and basic design work under the supervision of architects
• Preliminary research of applicable methods of construction and, specifications
• Sets up new project drawings and specifications under the direction of architects
• Assembles bid, addendums, construction documents, and revisions project packages
