HIRING POSITION: DESIGN ENGINEER

WORKING CONDITION: HYBRID

LOCATION: BANGKOK / PATHUMTHANI, THAILAND

Draft Manager reports to Design & Engineering Manager and is based in Zeer Rangsit, Patumthani.

Responsibilities

• Develop master project schedule and lead the monitoring roles.
• Maintain a working check set of all deliverable documents.
• Time managing on the job process and drawing completion.
• Archiving record copies of all milestone deliverables.
• Assist in day-to-day department operations when necessary.
• Inform supervisors the status of work and advise of any problems or potential problems as early as possible with identified solutions.

Other Duties

• Preparation of integration designs, details, and assembly drawings for production.
• Creation of details drawings true-to-scale, functional component, assembling, and alignment drawings.
• Develop drawings, 3D models based on technical standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Drafting Management position.
• Open to candidates who have extensive experience as a senior drafter and/or team leader.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Draftsperson within the building industry.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD
• A strong understanding of the residential home building and construction process.
• Intermediate MS Office skills
