职位描述
岗位职责： 1、参与CDT/PDT团队，进行监督新品各节点开发流程的执行情况； 2、负责新产品的质量目标、质量控制及改进，包括标准的建立、可靠性测试、制程风险评估等； 3、产品导入的全程跟踪、对品质风险、设计、制程、模具等进行可行性评估； 4、品质异常持续提升计划的制定 、执行、推进及验证。
职位要求
任职要求： 1、本科以上学历，理工类专业； 2、有1-3年以上电子产品DQE工作经验； 3、熟悉IPD开发过程。 IPD 开发流程执行监控； 4、具有良好的组织、协调、跨部门沟通能力，有高度的责任感； 5、具备智能手表类，数码产品，消费电子（手机，电脑，平板，医疗产品，个人护理产品等等）新产品项目实际开发过程质量管理经验； 6、性格开朗，能承受较强的工作压力。
