DPS/BPO Order Staff - Okinawa
The incumbent will be responsible for work as order management BPO staff for our client. Specifically, the duties will include the following
Receiving orders: Receive multiple order forms from clients and confirm prices and conditions.
Order management: Determines the most suitable suppliers, issues purchase orders, and places orders. After placing an order, we manage the delivery date and adjust the delivery date as necessary.
Delivery management: After placing an order, we manage whether the delivery will be made on schedule and immediately respond to any delays that may occur. If delays occur, we respond immediately. We make adjustments in advance to ensure that internal production schedules and project progress are not affected.
Inventory control: Ensure appropriate inventory control to prevent overstocking and shortages. When necessary, we adjust the timing of order placement to prevent overstocking and shortages.
We adjust the timing of orders as necessary and support the smooth operation of the entire company.
Required Skills
Negotiation skills (ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for price, delivery, quality, etc.)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure smooth coordination with all parties involved.

Experience in handling global projects and working with foreign companies and people.
Skills to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in purchasing and order placement/receipt/receipt operations.
Those who can share their expertise and support skill development in purchasing and order management operations.
