Responsibilities
Welcome and assist arriving guests at the airport
Guide guests to De Palm Tours buses and transfer areas
Verify travel and transfer documentation
Assist guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
Support smooth airport operations and guest experiences
Follow company procedures and service standards
Key Qualifications
Education: Minimum EPB or equivalent
Experience: No previous work experience required
Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch are a plus
Skills: We are looking for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, a positive attitude, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to work energetically as part of a team.
