The DP Integration and Technical Support Manager is responsible for leading Image Management System (IMS) integration with LIS/HIS/ providing professional advice on network infrastructure implementation to enable Digital Pathology (DP) solution , also providing remote & on-site technical support,

Responsibilities

  • Leading IMS (Slidecenter, CaseManager, Epredia IMS) and Tracking Software integration to customer HIS/LIS with on-prem server or cloud platforms and develop image handover and integration with AI-assisted image analysis software
  • Design and advice network infrastructure to connect whole slide image scanner, IMS, storage server, slide review workstation collaborating with customer IT team
  • Negotiate with server and network vendors to source necessary hardware and services to implement DP solutions and after sales support
  • Formulate maintenance agreement with sales, field service, IT hardware vendors to meet customers SLA and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide depot repair, instant remote support to scanners, servers and IT hardware and maanage spare parts
  • Coaching Epredia team and distributors, formulate yearly training plan and define skill matrix to enrich service capability
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, master degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of service management, teamwork experience and project management experience
  • 10+ years solid and practical experience in service and technical support for laboratory equipment and software, including LIS integration and networking
  • Ability to perform instrument and software hands-on troubleshooting in clinical & scientific laboratory environment
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Self-Starter, attention to detail, team player and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach
