This position is key to maintaining high standards of order and quality in the packaging and distribution process, directly supporting the organization's goals. Working under general supervision, your performance will be evaluated through inspections and the results of your work, contributing to the overall success of our packaging operations.

Work Environment
The Palletizer role is based in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be responsible for efficiently stacking and labeling egg cartons on pallets. This physically demanding position requires standing and walking on various surfaces, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching. You will need to adapt to temperature fluctuations and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Safety is paramount, and you must comply with all regulations while operating equipment like tape machines and pallet jacks. Effective communication with plant staff is essential for reporting issues and maintaining an organized workspace.
