The Dough Maker is the driving force of our production line. As the first person in the door, you will be tasked with making sure all dough is ready throughout the day for our Production Team. You will also be responsible for producing dough to meet future Production Schedules. Needs to ensure that during a shift all activities are consistent with and supportive of all Flippers Bakery's core beliefs, policies, and procedures. The Dough Maker works with the Managers to ensure all tasks are meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. Reliability and drive are a MUST! Looking for passionate pizza fans only!
Essential Functions:
Operate dough mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures
Accurately weigh and combine ingredients per bath requirements
Monitor dough temperature, texture, and consistency throughout the mixing process
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mixing area; sanitize equipment regularly
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with mixers and report malfunctions
Work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment
Assist with ingredient inventory and stock rotation as needed
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Good verbal and written communication skills; can communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license.
Experience:
1. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
2. Pizza making experience, including hand stretching.
Hours:
Shift is 4am to 2pm Monday through Friday, must have weekend availability if needed for production.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
