Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Lead leading development teams.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and React.js.
Experience developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrating applications through API Gateway.
Experience with event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and performance optimization.
Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile development practices.
Ability to perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of .NET and React developers to deliver high-quality applications.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and Microservices.
Implement integration solutions using messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues.
