1. Ability and desire to be Flogistix First, work well with all fellow employees and
customers
2. Ability to drive long hours with the potential for being away from home for days
at a time.
3. Must be able to operate a winch truck with and without a trailer.
4. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (Traffic, Weather
Conditions, Dispatch Changes, Etc.)
5. Ability to use computer, and tablet.
6. Ability to answer work phone calls, texts, and emails in timely manner
7. Ability to learn new skills and talents
8. Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor
9. Must be willing to drive all company vehicles once trained properly to do so
10.Must be able to work in hot or cold environments
11.Must be able to lift 50 LBS
12.Must be able to follow all EHSS policies and procedures
13.Must be punctual and possess strong work ethic
14.Must be able to hold invoices and complete expense reports on time and as
needed.
15.Will be required to work with team members to maximize productivity and
efficiency
16.Will be required to complete and turn in all load documents correctly, on time,
and legibly
17.Will be required to keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and in good
working condition
18.Will be required to inspect and care for tools, supplies, and work areas
19.Will be required to use Electronic Log Display daily to accurately capture Hours of
Service in accordance with FMCSA rules and regulations, as well as Flogistix policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,
and/or ability required.
1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2.  Must have a current Class A CDL Driver’s License without restrictions.
3. Must be able to pass a DOT physical
4. Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
5. Must have an MVR with no recent moving or driving violations
6. Must have a driving record that meets or succeeds Flogistix’s Safe Driver Matrix
7. Must have a proven work history as a DOT Winch Truck Driver
8. Must be able to follow all basic skills, responsibilities, and accountabilities
9. Winch experience required

move objects/equipment up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move
objects/equipment up to 10 pounds. Employees must be able to bend a non-specific
number of times per hour and twist their bodies from side to side. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an
employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving
mechanical parts; automated equipment, airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and
moving fork trucks. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate;
however, hearing protection is required in designated areas where signage indicates it is
mandatory.

Will be required to use Electronic Log Display daily to accurately capture Hours of Service in accordance with FMCSA rules and regulations, as well as Flogistix Polices
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a current Class A CDL Drivers License
Must be able to pass a DOT physical
Must have an MVR with no recent moving or driving violations
Must have a driving record that meets or succeeds Flogistixs Safe Driver Matrix
Must have a proven work history as a DOT Truck Driver
Must be able to follow all basic skills, responsibilities, and accountabilities
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED
