Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale, marketing et revenue management de l'hôtel, en ligne avec les objectifs du groupe.
Superviser et optimiser les budgets liés aux chambres, à la restauration et aux événements, avec un suivi précis des prévisions et des performances.
Analyser les tendances marché, la concurrence et les comportements clients pour ajuster le positionnement et stimuler la croissance.
Développer de nouveaux partenariats stratégiques, renforcer les canaux de distribution et soutenir des initiatives de ventes innovantes.
Superviser la communication et les actions marketing, en veillant à la cohérence de limage de marque et à un fort retour sur investissement.
Représenter l'hôtel lors dévénements professionnels, salons et rencontres avec les partenaires clés.
Manager, former et développer léquipe Sales & Marketing dans une logique dexcellence et de performance.
Diplôme supérieur en commerce, marketing, gestion hôtelière ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en direction des ventes & marketing dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme ou luxe, dont au moins 2 ans en management d'équipe.
Solides compétences en revenue management, communication et stratégie digitale.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
Leadership inspirant, esprit analytique et orientation résultats.
Forte capacité à développer des relations commerciales stratégiques et à stimuler la croissance des revenus.
Mobilité et disponibilité (déplacements, horaires flexibles liés aux exigences du poste).

On behalf of one of our clients, an iconic luxury hospitality destination in the Indian Ocean, known for its exceptional service, breathtaking setting, and refined standards, we are recruiting a Director of Sales & Marketing
Define and drive the hotels commercial, marketing, and revenue management strategies in line with group objectives.
Oversee and optimize budgets for Rooms, F&B, and Events, ensuring accurate forecasts and strong performance monitoring.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to adjust positioning and maximize growth.
Build strategic partnerships, strengthen distribution channels, and support innovative sales initiatives.
Lead all marketing and communication activities, ensuring brand consistency and measurable ROI.
Represent the hotel at key trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings.
Recruit, train, and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Sales & Marketing leadership roles within luxury or upscale hospitality, with at least 2 years in team management.
Strong expertise in revenue management, communications, and digital strategy.
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
Inspirational leadership, analytical mindset, and strong results orientation.
Ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships while driving revenue growth.
Flexibility and mobility (including business travel and extended hours when required).
