The Doorways Coordinator plays a deeply meaningful role in supporting individuals and families across Karratha. Every day you will welcome people with dignity, listen with compassion and help them find pathways that strengthen their wellbeing. This is a role where your leadership directly shapes the experience of community members who walk through the door. You will guide a small team of employees and volunteers who care deeply about making a difference and you will help create a safe, calm and supportive environment for people seeking help. Your work will bring TSA’s values of integrity, respect, diversity, compassion and collaboration to life in a community that truly benefits from strong local support.
As the Doorways Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of Doorways services across the Karratha site. You will lead and support a dedicated team of employees and volunteers, ensuring services are delivered with warmth, professionalism and in line with the Doorways Model of Care.
You will build strong relationships with Corps Officers, TSA services and local community partners to understand local needs and strengthen collaboration. You will ensure business processes, reporting, WHS requirements and administrative systems are completed accurately and on time. You may also deliver some case work to support community members to identify goals and access appropriate pathways.
This permanent full-time position within the Community Engagement team, reporting to the Regional Manager. Pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 5 plus a 9% regional allowance uplift.
