Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The position is primarily responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the Clinic premises and in assisting patients or customers going in and out of the Clinic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Doorman Duties – Clinic Entrance

1. Welcome and assist patients arriving at and leaving the clinic.
2. Approach arriving vehicles before patients alight and prepare an umbrella when needed.
3. Coordinate valet parking requests with the assigned staff, if the service is available.
4. Greet patients warmly, preferably using their names, and thank them for visiting the clinic.
5. Assist patients with their belongings as needed.

B. Valet Parking Duties

1. Assist patients with parking their vehicles.
2. Open vehicle doors and assist patients when entering or leaving their vehicles.
3. Properly tag, secure, and safeguard vehicle keys.
4. Park and drive patients' vehicles carefully and safely.

C. Clinic Maintenance and Housekeeping

1. Open the clinic on time when assigned as Opener and ensure proper cleaning, security, and locking of the premises when assigned as Closer.
2. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire clinic, including common areas, pantry, treatment rooms, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
3. Regularly check and clean restrooms and ensure sufficient supplies of soap, tissue, lotion, and other essentials.
4. Report broken equipment, fixtures, or facilities to the Branch Officer.
5. Turn lights and air-conditioning units on or off according to company guidelines and energy-saving practices.
6. Prepare used towels for laundry collection and receive and check delivered clean towels.
7. Reconcile towel quantities with the laundry supplier and properly store clean towels in designated cabinets.
8. Assist in moving heavy items, supplies, equipment, and deliveries.
9. Ensure sufficient supplies of drinking water, coffee, tea, and other refreshments.
10. Prepare and serve beverages or refreshments to patients when needed.
11. Clean the pantry and wash used plates, glasses, and utensils before leaving.
12. Perform general cleaning and scheduled maintenance tasks.
13. Perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting, such as changing light bulbs.
14. Assist or coordinate with contractors during clinic repairs or renovation works.

D. Other Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the clinic at all times.
2. Report repair needs, damaged facilities, and supply shortages to the Branch Officer.
3. Attend and participate in required meetings, company events, and training sessions.
4. Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Provide reliever support to other clinics when needed.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
