The Etiler neighbourhood of the Besiktas district, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential area of Istanbul, on the European side of the Bosphorus.The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms. Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid’s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.As the leader in branded residences, Four Seasons currently operates 53 residential properties in 21 countries and 65% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.

Join Our Team

This role is responsible for safely receiving, parking, and returning guest vehicles. It also involves helping to protect company and homeowner assets, maintaining order on the premises, and contributing to the safety and satisfaction of all guests.

We are looking for a courteous and service-minded Door Attendant to join our prestigious residence team. In this role, you will be the first and last impression for our homeowners and guests offering a warm welcome upon arrival and a genuine farewell at departure. Your primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently while delivering a seamless, luxury arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
• Open doors, handle luggage, and provide directions or transportation support when needed.
• Support concierge and bell staff during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the entrance and valet area.
• Use internal systems (e.g., Golden HOME, HotSOS) to log preferences and support guest requests.
• Ensure all safety, health, and company policies are followed at all times.
• Act as a brand ambassador of Four Seasons by delivering exceptional, personalized service.
• Unloads luggage from car, tags it and issues claim tickets to the residents. Transfers luggage to the Residence Agent.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (Class B or equivalent) with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 kg regularly.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valet certification preferred.
