As a Doorman, you will assist with opening doors, greeting guests with courtesy, and providing directions or assistance with transportation. Ensuring smooth vehicle traffic flow at the hotel entrance, you will coordinate with valet services and assist guests in hailing taxis or arranging private transportation.
Additionally, you will provide guests with local recommendations, assist with luggage handling when necessary, and work closely with the front desk and concierge teams to enhance the overall guest experience. Maintaining security awareness, you will monitor the entrance for unauthorized individuals and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.
