Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Residential Security Solutions

Winnipeg, MB | Uncapped Commissions | Flexible Schedule

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will introduce homeowners to industry-leading security, video surveillance, smart home, and monitoring solutions. You'll have the opportunity to control your income through uncapped commissions while receiving ongoing coaching, support, and career development.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through residential canvassing and neighborhood outreach
  • Build relationships with homeowners and identify their security needs
  • Educate customers on security systems, smart home technology, video surveillance, and monitoring services
  • Conduct in-home consultations and recommend customized solutions
  • Present pricing, promotions, financing options, and service plans
  • Prepare proposals, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Coordinate installations and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and customer information within the CRM system
  • Generate referrals and expand your network within the community
  • Follow all company policies and local solicitation regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales, telecommunications, security, home services, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is an asset
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter who is motivated by performance and earning potential
  • Resilient, positive, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Experience using CRM platforms and mobile sales tools is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
