Job
Summary:
A Donut Production role involves mixing, frying, and decorating donuts while operating machinery and following recipes to meet quality standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Mixing ingredients
- Operating ovens/mixers
- Decorating
- Ensuring quality standards are being met
- Maintain sanitation
- Following GMP and PPE policies
- Packaging
- Adhering to safety protocols.
- Operating Fryers
- Operate Donut Glaze warmers
- Extruding
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in taste and appearance.
- Demonstrates eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Required to work weekends and holidays when needed.
Education and
Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous commercial food production experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with commercial mixers, ovens, and high-volume production techniques preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Capability to perform physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bending, climbing, standing, and walking.
- Adequate visual and auditory acuity.
- High-heat environments (ovens).
- Ability to work in cold temperatures (freezers/refrigerators).
- Fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-conscious atmosphere.
