Full time Donor Relations Specialist - 1268

A growing non-profit organization is seeking a dedicated Donor Relations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and managing existing relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of non-profit operations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization, both in person and through phone and email communications.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the organization's reach.
• Manage and nurture existing donor relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the fundraising team.
• Track and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of donor relations activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
