Job Description

Saint Luke’s Foundation is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to support donor-centered stewardship and engagement efforts that strengthen relationships and foster meaningful connection to the mission of Saint Luke’s.

This full-time, exempt position reports to the Manager of Donor Communications and serves as a key member of the Foundation’s Operations Team, helping ensure donors and philanthropic partners are thoughtfully recognized and engaged through timely, meaningful stewardship experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Stewardship Strategy Support

  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive, donor-centered stewardship strategy designed to strengthen engagement, deepen relationships, and encourage long-term philanthropic commitment.
  • Assist with implementing stewardship initiatives that reflect donor intent, recognize generosity, and align with organizational priorities.
  • Partner with the Manager of Donor Communications and Foundation leadership to help ensure stewardship activities are timely, coordinated, and donor-focused.


Donor Recognition & Engagement

  • Coordinate and support stewardship and recognition events that celebrate donor generosity and reinforce connection to Saint Luke’s mission.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing engagement opportunities that enhance the overall donor experience.
  • Support donor touchpoints by coordinating meetings, events, recognition activities, and follow-up efforts.
  • Ensure donor engagement activities are well-organized, personalized, and aligned with stewardship plans.

Strategic Communication

  • Support donor-facing stewardship and engagement communications in coordination with the Manager of Donor Communications and Foundation leadership.
  • Assist with ensuring donor communications are accurate, timely, and aligned across channels.
  • Work with internal partners to gather impact information and updates for stewardship communications and donor materials.

Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in not-for-profit work, corporate administration, health care or higher education setting.
  • Experience supporting donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement initiatives
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work collaboratively across teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable style
  • Advanced proficiency in PC-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Supports the Foundation in other duties as needed.
