No previous fundraising experience is required. Training and professional development are provided.

About the Role

As a Donor Engagement Representative, you will help nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns connect with members of the community. Through face-to-face outreach and community engagement, you'll educate individuals about charitable causes, answer questions, and help create meaningful connections between organizations and potential supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Engage with community members through face-to-face outreach and fundraising initiatives
• Educate potential supporters about charitable organizations, campaigns, and community programs.
• Build positive relationships with donors, supporters, and community members.
• Communicate campaign goals and impact clearly and effectively.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about fundraising initiatives.
• Assist with community events, promotional activities, and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain a positive and professional experience throughout donor interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and engagement goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

No Fundraising Experience Required

Previous fundraising or nonprofit experience is not necessary. We provide comprehensive training to help entry-level representatives develop effective communication, outreach, customer engagement, and fundraising skills.

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, education, communications, or community involvement are encouraged to apply.
