The Data Analyst serves as the primary manager of TechnoServe's donor database, Raiser's Edge (RE), and is responsible for ensuring that data is entered effectively, efficiently, and accurately. This role oversees the integrity and reliability of the database as a whole—establishing and enforcing data standards, building reports and queries, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement in how the organization captures and uses donor information. The Data Analyst works closely with and supports other programs within the Advancement team—including direct mail, major gifts, and digital marketing—to meet their data needs through data pulls, setting standards, and reporting. The Data Analyst manages gift processing and donor acknowledgments.

Basic Qualifications:
Required Languages: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English language.
Travel: Travel up to 5%

This is a hybrid position for candidates living within a commutable distance to our Arlington, VA Headquarters. The current hybrid schedule is two days per week in the office, and three days from home. Candidates must have US work authorization at the time of application. TechnoServe will not provide sponsorship for this position.
