Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular part-time Donor Centre Representative to join our dynamic Collections team in our BC-Vancouver-Downtown and Oak St donor centres.
The Collections team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood and blood products in a safe manner to provide patients with lifesaving products every day. In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming and rebooking appointments, and responding to questions.
