You will communicate with donors through phone, email, live chat, and text while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to consistently meet service and fundraising targets.
You will also collaborate with internal teams and participate in ongoing training to strengthen your knowledge and communication skills.
