Now Hiring: Donation Door Attendant

Be part of something meaningful ! We’re looking for friendly, dependable Donation Door Attendants to help create an outstanding first impression for our donors.

You’ll play a key role in turning generosity into opportunity - supporting our mission while helping launch a brand-new location in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome donors with a positive, friendly attitude and offer tax receipts
• Collect, sort, and organize donations according to Goodwill standards
• Keep the donation area clean, safe, and well-organized
• Provide excellent customer service and support store operations as needed

What You Bring

• Ability to assess the quality and condition of donations
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• $16.00 to18.00/hour, based on experience
• Ongoing review of pay and benefits to remain competitive
