Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to process Andrew Wommack Ministries, World Outreach, and Charis Bible College donations and bank deposits promptly and in a secure environment. This includes providing excellent customer service, filling out forms, processing checks and credit cards, cash handling, preparing deposit slips, balancing credit card settling reports, running computer-generated reports, balancing and closing the day, and assisting the Lead Cashier in-office functions and tracking.
Essential Duties:
Works in teams in a fast-paced office with strict daily, monthly, and annual deadlines.
Member of the Cashier Office Rotation - End of Day, Mail Batch Clerk, Cash Team, and Special Projects.
Leads and trains teams in processing ministry offerings.
Retrieves and verifies Lockbox bank deposits and prepares the Mail Log for batch entry.
Sorts and processes mail.
Creates, tracks, and verifies the Physical Mail Log.
Performs account adjustments.
Processes physical foreign deposits and sends them to the bank.
Issues refunds for returned merchandise, and canceled transactions.
Charge credit cards and settle credit card disputes.
Processed returned checks by updating donor accounts and notifying the donors of their returned payments.
Provide excellent customer service. Communicates with donors and other staff.
Works with the Lead Cashier in managing the till tracker and creating starting cash tills for meetings.
Adheres to strict security policies to maintain the financial accountability of the ministry.
Works directly with the Lead Cashier to coordinate the workflow of the Donation Center.
Participates in team meetings.
Completes special projects such as writing instructions and developing PowerPoint presentations.
Communicate with various AWMI/Charis departments and outside vendors to schedule and coordinate deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in making decisions
Professionalism and excellent time management skills
Must be able to effectively operate Windows-based computers and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have acute attention to detail with strong analytic and assessment skills.
Must have an ability to quickly problem solve and think outside the box.
Must be flexible and able to work comfortably in teams in a small fast-paced environment.
Professional letter and email writing skills
Requirements:
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must Sign the Statement of Faith.
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Must pass a data entry alphanumeric typing test.
Must pass a grammar and attention to detail test for consideration.
Must have Ten Keys skills.
Must pass an accounting test.
Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience with cash handling.
Experience with Donor Direct is helpful.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
