We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Director of Nursing in Training Program, a leadership development opportunity designed for nurses who aspire to grow into a Director of Nursing role.

Program Overview

The Director of Nursing in Training Program is a structured development experience lasting approximately 6 to 12 months Participants gain practical exposure to the essential responsibilities of nursing leadership while working closely with seasoned clinical professionals.

• Regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Resident-centered care and service excellence

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should possess:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• At least five years of long-term care nursing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate within the Vetter Senior Living network
• A passion for professional growth, leadership development, and exceptional senior care
